Privacy Policy
1. The Data We Touch (And Why)
To fix your revenue leakage, we require temporary access to your infrastructure. We categorize data into two buckets:
- Admin Data: Your name, email, and billing details. Used strictly for invoicing and project management.
- Operational Data: The lead data inside your CRM, Apollo, or sending tools. We access this only programmatically via API or scripts to diagnose errors, deduplicate records, and build routing logic.
2. How We Handle Credentials
We treat API Keys and OAuth tokens as toxic waste—handled carefully and disposed of quickly.
- Storage: During active projects, credentials are stored in encrypted environment variables (e.g., within a self-hosted n8n instance or local `.env` files), never in plain text.
- Retention: Upon project completion and the expiration of the 30-day warranty period, we delete your API keys from our local environment.
- Recommendation: We always advise clients to create unique API keys for our work and revoke them immediately after the handoff.
3. Infrastructure & Processors
While we operate out of Armenia, we prioritize low-latency and secure infrastructure located near your data centers.
- Payoneer: International B2B payments and funds transfer.
- Hetzner / DigitalOcean: Hosting for our self-hosted n8n and Python infrastructure (Typically Frankfurt, London, or NYC regions).
- Google Workspace: Email and calendar (Async communication).
4. AI & Data Privacy
We are "Anti-Hype" regarding AI. We do not feed your proprietary customer data into public Large Language Models (LLMs) for training purposes.
- Sanitization: If we use AI for data cleaning (e.g., standardizing job titles), we strip PII (Personal Identifiable Information) wherever possible before processing.
- No Training: We disable "data training" settings on all API providers (OpenAI/Anthropic) used in our scripts.
5. International Data Transfers
We serve clients globally (USA & Europe). By hiring us, you acknowledge that Admin and Operational Data may be accessed from Armenia.
- EU Clients: We adhere to GDPR principles regarding data processing. We act as a Data Processor under your direction.
- Data Portability: We build systems so you own the data. We do not lock your data into our proprietary platforms.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We do not use tracking pixels, Facebook Pixels, or cross-site retargeting cookies. We may use privacy-preserving analytics (like Plausible) to count site visits, but we don't follow you around the internet.
