AI as a supporting tool, not a crutch
AI is useful, but it is not a solution for bad architecture. I prioritize deterministic logic (code/rules) over probabilistic generation.
In lead ops, reliability is binary: the lead either arrived or it didn't. AI introduces uncertainty that we must manage carefully.
Where I use AI
- Cleaning and normalizing messy inbound data (e.g., standardizing Job Titles).
- Classifying intention before routing.
- Extracting structured data from unstructured email replies.
- Writing draft documentation from raw notes.
Where I do NOT use AI
- Core routing logic (If/Else rules must be absolute).
- Financial or compliance-critical decisions.
- Anything requiring full auditability.
Philosophy: Explicit rules come first. AI is used only when it reduces manual toil without introducing risk.
Agree? Let's build it right.
If you prefer deterministic reliability over "black box" magic, we are a good fit.
